Like I said, when I was buying that guitar it was perfect for music I wanted to play.but I found metal boring. And if you were to buy a pick-up like, at least go for the actual Hot Rails as that is a version of the Hot Rails but of less quality. Screwing pick-ups farther down makes them have an even lower out-put.

I heard about people that make two single coils work at the same time (mostly in stratocasters) and it sound a bit cleaner (nat). When I was buying my guitar I played mostly metal and such, but now I turned rock. What can I do to be able to play rhythm+riffs, and hear the riff while chords ring? when I play my friends les paul I can play any rock rhythm-riff I want, on my guitar even with low dist a still barely hear riff (even if a mute everything I can) I found out that this pickup is actually a humbucker.but with super hot output which makes is sound preatty much like a single coil.
